This framework of states permanently aligns and updates any EU and US Foreign and Security policy, especially in the imposition of sanctions against Russia, as a result of Russia’s unprovoked aggression in Ukraine.

Alongside the host, Minister Osmani, part of the initiative was the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosovo, Kreshnik Ahmeti, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Olta Xhaçka, and the advisor for Foreign Policy of Montenegro, George Radulovic.
