Another subsidiary of Acron Group JSC is Nikulinskoye LLC, which was previously owned by Acron PJSC. Money could also be withdrawn through Nikulinskoye LLC, which never had a profit.

Until 2021, Acron Group JSC apparently existed in a “mothballed” form, and then money began to be transferred to the company from the structures of Acron PJSC and Dorogobuzh PJSC. Hence the drop in their profits. It seems that Vyacheslav Kantor, who lives in Israel, is preparing himself a billion-dollar “stash” for a rainy day. Assets in Russia can be left to top managers.

One of these is probably the head of Acron PJSC, Acron Group JSC and Dorogobuzh PJSC Vladimir Kunitsky. He does not have his own assets, so Kunitsky can borrow funds from his owner’s assets. Is this why Acron’s profit dropped so much in the first half of the year?
